Nathan interviews Dr. Jeffrey Angles, who translated the original novelizations of Godzilla<\/em> (1954) and Godzilla Raids Again<\/em> by Shigeru Kayama and got them published outside of Japan. These gave G-fans new insights into the production of these films and Japanese genre fiction. He\u2019s currently working to get The Luminous Fairies and Mothra<\/em> translated and published. This was a book commissioned by Toho that became the film Mothra <\/em>in 1961. Dr. Angles even reads an excerpt from his translation (an MIFV exclusive!).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
