I discussed multiple topics, but a frequent one was, of course, kaiju. Nathan Marchand<\/a>\u00a0\u2013 I review another kaiju movie with Ben: the unique indie film\u00a0<em>Colossal<\/em>\u00a0that stars Anne Hathaway.<br><a href=\"http:\/\/strangersandaliens.com\/2019\/06\/godzilla-king-of-the-monsters-sa315\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Episode 315 &#8211; GODZILLA: KING OF THE MONSTERS<\/a> &#8211; It was only appropriate that I return to review the sequel to 2014&#8217;s <em>Godzilla<\/em>; this time with Ben and co-host Evan David.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:center\"><strong>Forever Classic Podcast<br><\/strong>This is a show that \u201cseeks enlightenment through video games\u201d started by my former colleague Alex McCumbers (from my\u00a0<em>GigaGeek Magazine<\/em>\u00a0days). Being that its kaiju and anime, it was the perfect crossover.<br>\u2013<a href=\"http:\/\/redeemedotaku.libsyn.com\/godzilla-city-on-the-edge-of-battle\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Godzilla: City on the Edge of Battle<\/a>\u00a0\u2013 I return to Redeemed Otaku\u2014this time joined by my friend and fellow Godzilla fan Eric Anderson\u2014to discuss\/review part two of the Godzilla anime trilogy (that has a title weirdly similar to a classic\u00a0<em>Star Trek<\/em>\u00a0episode).\u00a0<br>\u2013<a href=\"http:\/\/redeemedotaku.libsyn.com\/godzilla-the-planet-eater\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Godzilla: The Planet Eater<\/a>\u00a0\u2013 In one of the best English-language analyses of the entire Godzilla anime trilogy, Bex, Eric, and I breakdown part three and put the other films into perspective. It truly is the best episode of Redeemed Otaku yet! (Don\u2019t take my word for it\u2014that\u2019s what Bex said!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Many of the voices you hear in these episodes will be visiting Monster Island as Tourists to discuss more giant monsters.
